I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room had a wonderful balcony overlooking the National Palace, right beside the historic center of Sintra. The views of both the town and the castles were breathtaking. The service was excellent, with attentive staff always around the restaurant. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of Sintra with easy access to all the main attractions. The dining experience was delightful with a variety of options to choose from. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly enjoyable.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered a magnificent view of the city and the Mouros Castle. The best part was the breathtaking view of the Sintra mountains and iconic palaces. The breakfasts were delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly.

The room I stayed in initially was so bad that I had to request to be moved, but unfortunately, the second room was also dirty and scruffy, just slightly bigger.
