Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room had a wonderful balcony overlooking the National Palace, right beside the historic center of Sintra. The views of both the town and the castles were breathtaking. The service was excellent, with attentive staff always around the restaurant. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of Sintra with easy access to all the main attractions. The dining experience was delightful with a variety of options to choose from. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly enjoyable.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered a magnificent view of the city and the Mouros Castle. The best part was the breathtaking view of the Sintra mountains and iconic palaces. The breakfasts were delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with king-size beds that are clean and neat, although a furniture update would be beneficial. The service was excellent overall, despite a minor inconvenience with room allocation. The location is superb, especially with stunning views from higher floors. The dining experience was average, lacking some quality and variety. The facilities are well-maintained.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room I stayed in initially was so bad that I had to request to be moved, but unfortunately, the second room was also dirty and scruffy, just slightly bigger. On the bright side, the hotel had a lovely balcony to enjoy the morning sunshine, which was really nice to relax with a glass of wine.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, with big wardrobes and a nice balcony offering a stunning view of Sintra valley, but unfortunately, there was a lot of mold in the bathrooms that could have been easily removed. The service was lacking a bit of friendliness and engagement, with staff discussing personal matters in public. On the positive side, the location was exceptional, right in the heart of Sintra, perfect for exploring the town. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with a good selection but cold hot food and a lack of products for guests with food allergies. The facilities were satisfactory overall, but could use some improvements.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room was spacious and had a lovely balcony with a view of the Moorish Castle, although it felt a bit dated. The child bed deployment was a bit odd next to the bathroom, which was a downside. The service was efficient despite some internal disagreements among staff members, but they quickly resolved any issues that arose. The location couldn't be better, being just a minute away from the historic center of Sintra. The dining experience was lacking, with a minimal breakfast selection that did not justify the price. The hotel's facilities were adequate, although nothing extraordinary.
